Zan Wang(王赞)

Professor

Zan Wang is currently a professor in the College of Intelligence and Computing of Tianjin University. I have obtained my PhD degree in 2009 from Tianjin University. My research interests mainly focus on concurrent program analysis, Deep neural network testing, Self-driving autonomous vehicles' testing and natural language processing.

Shuang Liu (刘爽)

Associate Professor

Shuang Liu is currently an associate professor at College of Intelligence and Computing, Tianjin University (TJU). She worked in Singapore Institute of Technology (SiT) as a lecturer before joining TJU. Shuang received her PhD degree from National University of Singapore and her Bachelor of Honor from Renmin University. Shuang’s research interests include program understanding, anomaly detection and testing of software and CPS systems. She has published around 20 papers on top-tier international conference and journals, including TSE, ESEC/FSE, ASE and FM. She serves as program committee members of multiple international conferences and reviewers of multiple international journals.

Research interests:

Mainly focus on Program understanding, anomaly detection, concurrent program bug detection and fixing, testing and verification of machine learning algorithms

Junjie Chen(陈俊洁)

Associate Professor

Junjie Chen is a Tenured Associate Professor, the leader of the Software Engineering team in College of Intelligence and Computing, Tianjin University. He received his PhD degree (2019) from Peking University (China) under the supervison of Lu Zhang, Bing Xie, Dan Hao, and Yingfei Xiong. He won the CCF Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award (2019, the highest award for PhD graduate in China with less than 10 awards for all disciplines of computer science per year). He has published over 40 research papers, winning three ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Awards (FSE 2020, ASE 2019, ISSTA 2019). His research has helped detect hundreds of bugs for Compilers and VMs (GCC, LLVM, OpenJ9, TVM), open-source projects from GitHub.

Research interests:

Intelligent Software Testing and Analysis, including compiler testing, AI for testing, testing for AI, automated debugging, AIOps.

Jiajun Jiang(姜佳君)

Associate Research Professor (Tenure-track)

Jiajun Jiang is currently a tenure-track associate professor (副研究员) at College of Intelligence and Computing, Tianjin University. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2020 from Peking University (Beijing, China), and his Bachelor's degree in 2015 from Northwestern Polytechnical University (Xi'an, China). His main research focuses on software quality assurance, including software testing, program debugging and program transformation. Recently, he is also interested in SE4AI, especially in debugging AI programs. His research work has been regularly published on top conferences and journals, including ISSTA 2018, ASE 2019, ICSE 2021, etc. He has won the IEEE TCSE Distinguished Paper Award on ICSME 2021. He is the student volunteer Co-Chair of ISSTA 2019, and PC member of ASE 2021, SANER 2022, APR 2021/2022, etc. He also serves as the reviewers of TSE, EMSE, STVR, etc.

Research interests:

Automated Software Debugging and Program Transformation: Mainly focusing on automated program repair, fault localization and bug detection, automated API migration and systematic program editing.
